Finishing Elektra and moving into new territory with Pear-Shaped Theatre Company’s first show, ‘First Bleed, Last Bleed’
We have done our first two sessions of research and development, supported by Southwark Playhouse. The production will be mounted and presented in 2026! It’s been a long, LONG wait, a long period of exploration, tons of research, there have been many setbacks and challenges but it is finally happening. Menopause is now a huge subject of discussion in the public arena. About time too!

Incredibly thrilled to be a part of ‘ELEKTRA’, an Empire Street Production, directed by Daniel Fish, translation by Anne Carson and starring Brie Larson as Elektra. I will be one of the 6 chorus women supporting her. We open at the Theatre Royal Brighton in January 2025 and then do a 12 week run at the Duke of Yorks Theatre in London.

Major songwriting and developmental work happening with “First Bleed, Last Bleed”- the first piece of theatre work in development under the banner of my joint theatre company ‘Pear-Shaped Theatre Company’. Very excited to be working with great actor musicians, exploring the major themes of this profound Menopause initiation.
